About Handprints Killara
When we first laid eyes on the space that is now Handprints Killara, we saw such possibilities for rich learning spaces and value in its wide-open spaces. When we learnt that our tender had been approved by the department of education, we were keen to capitalise on the potential of the space and turn it into a Handprints community.

“Such a wonderful daycare! My 2.5 y/o son was very sad to leave due to us moving suburbs. He had an absolutely wonderful time here. The grounds are great - lots of time spent outside exploring. The program was consistently interesting for my son and some great outside-the-box learning ideas / experiments. Carers second to none - friendly, considerate, and most importantly - very happy!

I have a Bachelor of Education (Birth to five years) and have had about 20 years’ experience as an Early Childhood Educator. My experience includes working internationally – UK (London and Scotland) and Canada – where I got a chance to explore a variety of different childcare settings and culture. I enjoy travelling, spending time with my niece and nephew, and visiting new cafes/restaurants around Sydney.
I have been a Director at Handprints ELC Killara since mid 2016 and I am extremely lucky to work with such a dedicated group of Educators.
My goal is to write children’s books one day.
